\u010c\u00edm to je, \u017ee n\u00e1m v\u011bt\u0161ina novoro\u010dn\u00edch p\u0159edsevzet\u00ed nevydr\u017e\u00ed d\u00e9le ne\u017e m\u011bs\u00edc? Taky sis myslel, \u017ee tentokr\u00e1t to doopravdy zvl\u00e1dne\u0161, ale o m\u011bs\u00edc pozd\u011bji si uv\u011bdomil, \u017ee jsi s t\u00edm zase p\u0159estal, nebo v\u016fbec neza\u010dal? Anebo jsi na jak\u00e1koliv p\u0159edsevzet\u00ed u\u017e dokonce rezignoval?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

My p\u0159edsevzet\u00edm fand\u00edme. Kdybychom si m\u011bli vybrat, rad\u0161i bychom \u0159ekli, a\u0165 ne\u010dek\u00e1\u0161 na za\u010d\u00e1tek roku a za\u010dne\u0161 hned te\u010f, pokud to doopravdy chce\u0161. To je jasn\u00fd.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Na druhou stranu ale plat\u00ed, \u017ee za\u010d\u00e1tek roku je o 100 % lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e \u017e\u00e1dnej za\u010d\u00e1tek. Pro za\u010d\u00e1tek b\u0159ezna to plat\u00ed stejn\u011b. \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n

Posledn\u00edch zhruba 10 let se aktivn\u011b sna\u017e\u00edme pracovat sami na sob\u011b. I n\u00e1m se mnoho p\u0159edsevzet\u00ed zhroutilo po p\u00e1r t\u00fddnech. V\u011bt\u0161inou prost\u011b proto, \u017ee jsme si dali \u0161patn\u00e1 p\u0159edsevzet\u00ed. K tomu se je\u0161t\u011b dostaneme. Sp\u00ed\u0161 ne\u017e p\u0159edsevzet\u00ed ale ve v\u00fdsledku fungovalo n\u011bco trochu jin\u00e9ho.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ud\u011blej ka\u017ed\u00fd den mal\u00fd kr\u016f\u010dek<\/h3>\n

Zjistili jsme, \u017ee nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je vytvo\u0159it a udr\u017eet si samotn\u00fd n\u00e1vyk ud\u011blat ka\u017ed\u00fd den mal\u00fd kr\u016f\u010dek<\/strong>. Posunout se o kousek bl\u00ed\u017e s\u00e1m k sob\u011b i ke sv\u00fdm dlouhodob\u00fdm c\u00edl\u016fm. To z tebe sice za t\u00fdden neud\u011bl\u00e1 super\u010dlov\u011bka. Ani za m\u011bs\u00edc, mo\u017en\u00e1 ani za rok. Ale za deset let tak ud\u011bl\u00e1\u0161 p\u0159es 3650 krok\u016f. To u\u017e je po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e1 cesta k \u017eivotu podle sebe.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

V\u00fdzkumy se shoduj\u00ed, \u017ee pro efektivn\u00ed vytvo\u0159en\u00ed nov\u00e9ho n\u00e1vyku pot\u0159ebuje\u0161 zhruba m\u011bs\u00edc. 30 dn\u00ed, kdy se ka\u017ed\u00fd den v\u011bdom\u011b pust\u00ed\u0161 do dan\u00e9 \u010dinnosti. Alespo\u0148 na chvilku. Pak u\u017e se k ni\u010demu nebude\u0161 muset nutit. Stejn\u011b automaticky, jako si \u010dist\u00ed\u0161 zuby, m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 pracovat s\u00e1m na sob\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n

Proto jsme dali dohromady 30denn\u00ed v\u00fdzvu, kter\u00e1 ti s n\u00e1vykem ud\u011blat ka\u017ed\u00fd den kr\u016f\u010dek k \u017eivotu podle sebe pom\u016f\u017ee.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dej si s n\u00e1mi 30denn\u00ed v\u00fdzvu<\/h3>\n

N\u011bkolik m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f jsme studovali, co je pot\u0159eba k tomu, aby na\u0161e p\u0159edsevzet\u00ed doopravdy vydr\u017eela. Znovu jsme si pro\u0161li spoustu materi\u00e1l\u016f a technik a sna\u017eili se vybrat ty nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. V\u0161echno jsme sami na sob\u011b vyzkou\u0161eli, abychom ti nedoporu\u010dovali nic, co nefunguje.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Nav\u00edc jsme se sami pustili do nov\u00fdch osobn\u00edch v\u00fdzev. Petr Oliver v podstat\u011b z ni\u010deho najel na pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b 13 tr\u00e9nink\u016f t\u00fddn\u011b a p\u0159ipravuje se na z\u00e1vod Ironman. Matou\u0161 se zase po dlouh\u00e9 dob\u011b vr\u00e1til k pravideln\u00e9mu re\u017eimu v\u010detn\u011b dostatku pohybu, aby zvl\u00e1dal \u0159\u00eddit dva projekty najednou a u toho si st\u00edhal u\u017e\u00edvat \u017eivota. Miky pak za\u010dal systematicky pracovat na finan\u010dn\u00ed stabilizaci.<\/span><\/p>\n

Spojili jsme na\u0161e osobn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti a to, co o spokojenosti v \u017eivot\u011b zjistili v\u011bdci. Skute\u010dn\u00e1 s\u00edla je ale hlavn\u011b ve vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 podpo\u0159e. Proto jsme vytvo\u0159ili 30denn\u00ed v\u00fdzvu, kde v tom budeme v\u0161ichni spole\u010dn\u011b. Tak\u017ee kdykoliv, kdy na n\u011bco zapomene\u0161 nebo se ti nebude cht\u00edt, budou tady kamar\u00e1di, kte\u0159\u00ed t\u011b postav\u00ed na nohy. Jen tak na sob\u011b nep\u0159estane\u0161 pracovat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jak tedy na p\u0159edsevzet\u00ed a nov\u00e9 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed n\u00e1vyky?<\/h2>\n

Je\u0161t\u011b ne\u017e se pust\u00edme do 30denn\u00ed v\u00fdzvy, m\u00e1me pro tebe p\u00e1r tip\u016f k tvorb\u011b konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch n\u00e1vyk\u016f. Kdy\u017e mluv\u00edme o n\u00e1vyku, mysl\u00edme cokoliv pozitivn\u00edho<\/strong>, co ve sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b chce\u0161 d\u011blat opakovan\u011b<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
